St Patrick's Day

All we need is an excuse.  Really, that's what it comes down to.  Any old excuse to make crafts, decorate, or try something new, is welcome and St. Patrick's Day fit the bill quite nicely, thank you.

Fancy, right?  The fan-thing in near Jessica's head is especially impressive!

I came home from my Spanish class one night to find Jessica surrounded by green construction paper in the family room.  The purpose?  To decorate the living room wall for St. Patrick's Day.  And decorate it she did!  She's quite the crafty young lady!

I'm never sure why Jessica chooses to cut her own letters when she COULD use our die cut machine.

 Granted, hers are much cuter, but still!  lol

Of course, I couldn't let all of her incredible decorations go to waste, so when a couple of friends of hers came over for the day we had --what else--a green lunch.  Mmmm. Green food.  Unnaturally green food.  Yum.  Gotta love it.

Can't tell what the food is?  crackers with green cream cheese, guacamole flavored chips (by Quaker --they're very yummy), a fruit tray with cucumbers, kiwi and grapes, pistachio pudding, and green milk.
